At DAY Birger et Mikkelsen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the return form provided in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
